What Brand of Diapers do you use?

Our Preferred Brand is the Parent's Choice,
Exclusively sold at Wal-Mart.

But we also offer Target's Up & Up, Amazon's Mama Bear Gentle Touch, Pampers Swaddlers, Huggies Snugglers, Earth's Best and Pampers Pure.

Can I change the colors and add the baby's name?

Yes, We have cards that we attached to the outside of the Cakes and Bassinets, ALL can be customized with the baby's name and a personal message of your choosing! For the cards on the front of the Diaper Cakes, we have the personalize options in the listing for the ones that can be changed!

Colors of the Ribbons we can mix & match to match your theme but it also depends on our inventory. If you see colors on one cake and want to combine them with another color that you see, send us a message with your order, we will make the changes for you easy!

If you don't see a color that you're looking for, send us a message too, we get new colors and types of ribbon in all the time, we may actually have what you're looking for already!

How long will it take to ship to me?

We ship within 24 hours of your initial order and use USPS Priority Shipping which typically takes 1 to 3 Days to Arrive.

We also offer Express shipping which is Priority Express 1 to 2 days and the highest of priorities with USPS so if you're ordering short notice we do recommend the Express to make sure it arrives on time.

What if I want to make a large order? When should I place my order to make sure it arrives on time?

Large orders I try my best to have out within the 24 hour time frame, but depending on how large I would recommend ordering a week or so ahead of your shower to ensure everything is done on time.

For example, if you'd like to order 15 Diaper Cakes, that could take a considerable amount of time, if not the entire 24 hours depending on the other orders that may arrive ahead of yours. Again, I work hard for you to make sure everything is perfect for that happy day so I try my best to have everything ready for you. Even if you're not ready to place the order, simply message me that you're considering placing a large order. This will give me time to have everything ready for when you are ready to place your order! :)

Sizing details

We include a size reference chart photo on all our listings so you can see first hand the differences in our cakes, the examples shown in the photo are all made with the Parent's Choice Brand.

The sizes can vary by an inch or 2 based on the brand of Diapers, example being Parent's Choice and Pampers are a little taller but thinner because of the way they are made. Huggies look a little shorter but wider due to their make up.

Here is a break down of the items:

3 Tier Cakes are aprox: 14" x 10"
2 Tier Cakes are aprox: 10" x 8"
1 Tier Cakes are aprox: 8" x 5"

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our Diaper Cakes and Bassinets come fully assembled and are wrapped in tulle for safe keeping during shipping.

The only ones that are not prepared this way are our Kits and those listings very specifically say that diapers are not included with them, but all other items pictured are exactly what you will receive.

Custom and personalized orders

The orders that can be customized have a personalization section with instructions at the above it, however if the instructions are unclear, please send us a message.

If the information doesn't fit in the Personalization Box, there is a 'Optional Note to Little Home Mades' section whenever you go to your cart that you can put the information in there. It can hold much more than the Personalization Box.

If you see a listing that is not customized, feel free to ask us. If you see a ribbon design you like but not the theme accents, also reach out to us, we may already have those items that we use on another ribbon design but we are more than happy to use them on the other ribbon design you'd like.

Care instructions

Almost all our wood products are sealed so they will be protected and last longer. We only won't seal a product if you request it not to be sealed, but we do recommend it.

Diaper Cakes are wrapped in tulle, the ribbon is connected together with hot glue but there is NO glue on the diapers themselves, this makes them usable so the cake can be disassembled after your event and diapers tucked away until the mom to be needs them :)

Interchangeable Discs and Frames, how do they work?

The nice thing about these sets are you only 'need' one frame (and technically you don't even need a frame if you'd like to just display it on a wall with your own wall hanging equipment). After that you can purchases all the discs and they will all fit in the same frame whenever you choose to change them.

So you could put a 4th of July disc in and then change it out later for a Fall or Winter disc later in the year!

We will be constantly adding new ones and we are working on ones directly related to our baby shower themes and welcoming new arrivals so keep an eye out for them!

When it comes to the wood family trees, do I have to use family tree information?

You can use whatever information you'd like!
The most common is the family tree design where people enter in their loved ones in the order they'd like them placed, but we've also had people come to us and enter in names of their pets or of their co-workers and supervisors as a going away present!

Whatever you'd like to enter, we can do it. Just let us know!
